Country Inn & Suites

Generation 4 Country Inn and Suites, Asheville NC:

This project is a four story, 94 room hotel with indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and continental breakfast cafe.

In addition to the hotel, we are constructing 500+ feet of retaining wall to complete new parking for the hotel and adjacent shopping center. This requires relocation of site utilities such as above ground power, communications lines and a refurbishment of the existing private street scape.

Construction is a hybrid of masonry, steel and conventional wood framing. Finishes include wood wall paneling, ceramic tile, lapped siding and architectural louvers.
